This is a very positive response.
Even though it’s a positive response, the deal is not a done deal. They might not ring back at all.
Our potential client might change their mind.
Their current supplier might improve their offer.
An alternative supplier might be more on the ball at staying in touch, than we are.
Not a great idea to wait for the phone to ring, or the email to ping.
Always better to call them during their review period and ask for an update.
By showing an interest in their interest, it sets us up well to engage with them again, even if the opportunity has gone away from us this time round.
