We do all this partly because “We love the telephone, the telephone is our friend,” and partly because we believe in solid research of a target market and making good use of email marketing, before we make our calls.
Very often we find business owners and their sales teams are too busy servicing existing clients and contracts to put an effective lead generation/ follow up process in place.
