Out of our finely honed list, there will be 5 who are looking to buy from us right now.
Unfortunately, we don’t know who they are. And we cannot tell just by staring at their names and contact details.
We need to ask them some intelligent questions about their current arrangements and whether they would look to review their supplier options in future.
Good news, though!
During our exercise to find the famous 5, we will come across others who will look to buy from us; not now but at some point in the future.
This is our call back rota and it is immensely valuable.
I would even go as far as saying, it’s more valuable than finding the famous 5.
All we need is the energy to maintain momentum. Recognising we are building a valuable call back rota will give us the motivation.
