When you have something that’s already worked, why start from a blank sheet of paper?
With any form of promotional work, it’s so, so easy to feel like there’s something new and shiny we ought to be trying.
But before you do this, think a minute.
Was there a marketing approach you ran before that worked brilliantly? Is it worth dusting off and using again?
Don’t abandon it. There’s probably no need to build something from scratch that is untested.
Use the old instead. Chances are it’ll work again, especially if it fits perfectly with your current business strategy.
